Submit an application: Startups first need to submit a detailed business plan, which should include company introduction, team members, products or services, market strategy, financial projections, etc.
Preliminary Review: Our investment experts conduct an initial review of the application to check whether it meets our investment criteria.
In-depth analysis: If the initial review is approved, we will conduct a further in-depth analysis of the company, which may include interviews with the entrepreneurial team, office visits, market and customer research, etc.
Decision-making: Based on the results of in-depth analysis, our dedicated committee will decide whether to invest. Decisions will take into account a variety of factors, such as return on investment, risk level, alignment with investment strategy, etc.
Investment execution: If we decide to invest, we will enter into an investment agreement with the startup and provide financial and other support.
